For websites and interfaces, we plan the structure, navigation, and user journeys. For branding, we define the visual direction and required assets. We agree on this foundation before developing the details.

Design & Production
We create the design and agreed project assets. Websites are built in Wix Studio; interfaces and brand materials are developed in the agreed format. We share work-in-progress links so you can review the project and leave comments.

Content & Setup
For websites, we add content and configure the CMS, forms, SEO, and agreed integrations. For design projects, we develop responsive layouts, component states, or brand guidelines according to the scope.
Your part: approve the copy, business details, and relevant settings.

Review & Approval
We review the work against the agreed scope. Websites are checked across devices, including links, forms, and key user journeys. Design projects are checked for consistency and complete deliverables. We then make the agreed revisions.
Your part: complete the final review and approve launch or delivery.

Launch & Handover
After the final payment, we launch your website or deliver the completed design assets. Website handover includes final domain and setup checks, management guidance, and a video tutorial. Follow-up support is agreed as part of the project.
Your part: accept the project and check access to the delivered materials.

Communication

Feedback & Changes
We collect feedback at agreed stages, ideally in one consolidated list. If you request a new page, feature, or a change to an approved direction, we discuss the impact on pricing and timing before proceeding.

Full payment is required before customization begins. The selected solution defines the included pages and core features. The timeline starts once the required materials are received; additional pages and functionality are quoted separately.
Custom Project
Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and deliverables. Custom websites typically require 50% upfront and 50% before launch. Payment schedules for branding, UX/UI, and larger projects are agreed individually.
Timing depends on the scope, content readiness, and feedback turnaround. The proposal explains which platform subscriptions, domains, and paid services are included, along with any ongoing costs.
