Transfer of Ready-Made Solutions
Before ordering a ready-made solution (UniOne, ProService, or MiniShop), please carefully read the terms below.
By completing the payment, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1. A ready-made solution is a professional website template adapted to the client's materials and information.
1.2. Ready-made solutions are designed for a fast project launch and do not constitute custom development from scratch.
1.3. The adaptation includes configuration of content, contact information, images, basic SEO settings, and other elements included in the selected package.
1.4. Additional functionality, custom integrations, new pages, or significant structural changes may require a separate evaluation and additional payment.
2. Order Form Submission
2.1. To start the project, the client completes a dedicated order form on the website.
2.2. To ensure the fastest and most accurate launch, clients are encouraged to provide complete and up-to-date information.
2.3. When providing a logo, vector formats (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF containing vector graphics) are strongly recommended.
2.4. Texts, service descriptions, contact details, pricing information, and other materials are published based on the information provided by the client.
2.5. Ready-made solutions do not include professional copywriting, marketing strategy development, or editorial content revision unless explicitly stated in the description of a particular solution.
2.6. Additional services may be arranged separately if required.
3. Website Transfer to the Client
3.1. To receive the website, the client must have their own Wix account registered with a valid email address.
3.2. Once the project is completed, the Contractor will send an invitation to transfer ownership of the website.
3.3. The client is encouraged to accept the invitation within 3 business days of receiving it.
3.4. After the transfer is completed, the client becomes the owner of the project and receives full control over their Wix account.
3.5. After the first paid period ends, the client is responsible for renewing the Wix plan, domain name, and any additional services.
4. Payment Systems and Online Payments
4.1. For online stores and projects requiring online payments, the client must independently complete the payment gateway setup process within their Wix account.
4.2. Depending on the selected payment provider, the following may be required:
• identity verification;
• business or company information;
• banking details;
• additional documents required by the laws of the client's country.
4.3. The Contractor does not request, store, or process the client's personal documents.
4.4. The Contractor provides basic instructions and consultation regarding payment gateway setup.
4.5. Account registration, verification, and identity confirmation must be completed by the client, as these processes require access to personal information.
4.6. Additional paid assistance with payment gateway setup may be available upon request.
5. Wix Plans and Renewals
5.1. The following plans are used by default:

UniOne — Wix Studio Basic;

ProService — Wix Studio Basic or Wix Studio Standard (if the project requires online booking or online payments);

MiniShop — Wix Studio Standard.
5.2. Wix plan pricing and domain renewal costs depend on the client's country and Wix's current pricing.
5.3. Current plan pricing is always available on the official Wix website.
5.4. After the first paid period ends, the client is responsible for renewing the Wix plan, domain name, and any additional services.
6. Project Handover and Management
6.1. Once the project is transferred, the website becomes fully managed by the client.
6.2. The client may independently update content, images, contact details, and other information through the Wix editor.
6.3. Additional pages, structural changes, new functionality, or project expansion may require separate configuration and additional work.
7. Post-Launch Support
7.1. Seven (7) days of basic support are provided after project delivery.
7.2. Basic support includes:
✔ fixing technical issues caused by the Contractor;
✔ adding a logo if it was provided after launch;
✔ making minor text adjustments.
7.3. Basic support does not include:
✘ Wix training;
✘ structural website changes;
✘ creation of new pages;
✘ design redesign;
✘ fixing issues caused by client modifications after project delivery.
7.4. After the support period ends, any additional work is provided upon separate request.
8. Client Communication Responsibilities
8.1. The client agrees to provide required materials, information, and responses necessary for project completion in a timely manner.
8.2. If client action is required for the project to continue and no response is received:
• after more than 3 business days — work may be temporarily suspended;
• after more than 10 calendar days — the project may be completed in its current state without a refund.
9. Digital Product and Right of Withdrawal
9.1. UniOne, ProService, and MiniShop are digital products that include individual adaptation based on the client's requirements.
9.2. By placing an order, the client expressly agrees that work on preparing and adapting the selected solution will begin immediately after payment.
9.3. Once work has started, the client's right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund may be limited in accordance with applicable laws.
9.4. Access to a digital product, template, or ready-made solution may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content, where permitted by applicable legislation.
10. Responsibilities of the Parties
10.1. The Contractor agrees to:
• deliver the project in working condition;
• perform the adaptation included in the selected solution;
• provide access to the website within the agreed timeframe.
10.2. The client agrees to:
• provide accurate information and materials;
• accept invitations and complete required actions in a timely manner;
• independently manage their Wix account after the project transfer;
• comply with the laws of their country when using the website.
11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1. By purchasing a ready-made solution, the client confirms that they:
• have read and understood these terms;
• understand the features and limitations of ready-made solutions;
• accept responsibility for the materials and information provided;
• agree to participate in the project launch process in a timely manner.
